Biography:  Meet Penny Hanson, a Certified Hypnotist, Certified Instructor, and practitioner certified in Complementary Medical Hypnotism. With 35 years of experience, Penny reports helping thousands of clients pursue positive changes involving smoking, stress, weight-management habits, confidence, and other personal goals.

Penny takes time to understand each client’s circumstances, habits, concerns, and desired outcome before beginning hypnosis. She then creates a personalized session based on that conversation rather than relying entirely on a generic script.

Some clients may experience meaningful improvement after one session, while others may benefit from reinforcement or additional appointments. The number of sessions and results vary according to the person, goal, circumstances, and participation.
