Biography: Phyllis Barrington is a Certified Master Hypnotist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner, and QHHT practitioner. She founded Hypnosis Over Easy in 2004 after retiring from a 25-year career as a schoolteacher.

Phyllis’s interest in hypnosis and complementary wellness developed through her own experience with serious health challenges and personal loss. Today, she brings the heart of an educator to her sessions, helping clients explore their internal resources, recognize recurring patterns, and develop tools for meaningful personal change.
