Kathy’s interest in hypnosis began with her own successful experience using hypnosis to stop smoking. Years later, a family member was struggling with severe obsessive-compulsive symptoms that were interfering with daily life. After conventional options had not produced the improvement the family hoped for, they explored hypnosis as an additional approach.
Kathy was deeply encouraged by the changes she observed. That personal experience motivated her to pursue professional hypnosis training and begin helping other people work toward their own goals.
