I have been using hypnosis and other mind training techniques for thirty years, and have successfully assisted many people in losing weight, conquering fears and phobias, getting rid of exam or public speaking nervousness, achieving success in sports and performances, and conquering fears, phobias and harmful habits.

I especially love to teach people how to use the power of their minds to become smoke free, and to have the size and shape body they want. I am now certified by Sheila Granger in her Virtual Gastric Band technique for weight loss.
