Meet Sharon Svenson, Board-Certified Hypnotherapist

Sharon Svenson is an experienced hypnotherapist, author, and coach serving Garden Valley, Idaho, and clients online.

Since completing her professional hypnotherapy training in 2006, Sharon has helped clients work with subconscious patterns, reduce stress, change unwanted habits, and reconnect with greater confidence, clarity, and enjoyment of life.

Her approach is personalized, supportive, and focused on helping each client identify the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behavioral patterns that may be interfering with their goals.

Education and Professional Training

Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin in 1983.

She completed more than 300 hours of hypnotherapy education through the OMNI Hypnosis Training Center and trained for approximately one year under Gerald Kein. She graduated from the program in 2006.

Her additional training includes hypnosis applications related to:
