Karen Hand is an award-winning author, Board-Certified Hypnotist, Certified Hypnosis Instructor, NLP Master Practitioner, and EFT facilitator. She works with private clients, teaches professional hypnosis and NLP courses, mentors practitioners, and presents workshops at conferences and for private groups.

Before entering the hypnosis profession, Karen spent approximately 30 years as a Chicago radio personality. That experience gave her a strong foundation in communication, storytelling, language, imagery, and the ways words can influence attention and emotion.

Karen brings that communication experience to highly personalized sessions designed around each client’s goals, circumstances, and responses. She does not rely upon a one-size-fits-all script or program.

Pain and Medical-Support Hypnosis

Karen has completed training related to pain management and hypnosis protocols used to support people experiencing migraines, fibromyalgia, and irritable bowel syndrome.

The Goulding SleepTalk® process is a parent-focused positive-communication practice. It may be used to encourage connection, reassurance, and supportive family interactions.
