I am Dave Berman, a Clinical and Medical Hypnotist, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Life Coach. My private practice, is where I work with clients both in person and via Skype.

I’ve undergone advanced hypnosis training through the Hypnosis Practitioner Training Institute, and I hold a B.S. in Communication from Cornell University. In addition to hypnotherapy, I am a certified laughter yoga class leader and a certified community mediator through Humboldt Mediation Services.

As a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association and an associate member of the North Coast Association of Mental Health Professionals, I stay connected with the latest techniques and practices in my field.

In my coaching, I guide clients to uncover a deeper understanding of themselves and how life works, often pointing to the simplicity, creativity, imagination, and joy we all possess. This shift in perspective leads to profound results—whether it’s a quieter mind, inner peace, improved relationships, enhanced creativity, or better decision-making. My work helps clients get unstuck, launch new projects, and live with more lightheartedness and fun.
