Services

Ashley may incorporate several approaches within a personalized program, including hypnosis, guided imagery, Parts Therapy, NLP, EFT, breathwork, coaching, yoga therapy, and relaxation practices.

Clients may seek support with goals such as:

  • Managing everyday stress and anxious feelings
  • Developing relaxation and self-regulation skills
  • Addressing fears or unwanted habits
  • Building confidence and resilience
  • Preparing emotionally for medical or dental procedures
  • Managing discomfort alongside appropriate healthcare
  • Personal growth and behavioral change
  • Breathwork, meditation, and restorative practices

Ashley has a particular interest in helping people who experience anxious feelings, fears, and the effects of difficult past experiences.

Medical-Support Services

Ashley requires a physician’s referral before using hypnosis in connection with a diagnosed medical condition. This is an important safeguard and should remain prominent in the published profile.

Medical-support hypnosis may be used as a complementary service for relaxation, procedural preparation, and coping with discomfort. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure a disease and should not replace medical, dental, psychological, or psychiatric care.
