Rene Brent, RN, CCHt, is a Certified Clinical, Transpersonal, and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist, life coach, author, instructor, and longtime registered nurse. Her nursing background includes more than 25 years of experience in intensive care, trauma and emergency care, and post-anesthesia recovery.
Through her healthcare experience, Rene developed a strong interest in the relationship between thoughts, emotions, stress responses, behavior, and physical well-being. She now brings that perspective to personalized hypnosis and coaching sessions intended to help clients feel calmer, increase self-awareness, and pursue meaningful personal change.
