Biography: Claudia Rickard is a Certified Hypnotist, Emotional Intelligence Development Specialist, Certified Life Coach, and Master NLP Practitioner. Known professionally as “The English Hypnotist,” Claudia creates a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore unwanted patterns, strengthen their inner resources, and work toward meaningful change.
Claudia understands anxious feelings, racing thoughts, and emotional overwhelm from personal experience. That experience helped shape her supportive approach and her belief that people can learn to understand their emotions, recognize behavioral patterns, and respond to life with greater awareness and control.
